LUXE Travellers in Osaka will be able to experience the world-first café and restaurant from 15 February 2020.
Le Café V will be located on the top floor of Louis Vuitton’s new four-level flagship in the ultra-hip, food-centric city. It will be run by acclaimed Japanese chef Yosuke Suga and will be complemented by an expansive outdoor terrace and bar.
According to a rendering of the space, the café and restaurant will feature a muted palette of black and grey contrasted against pops of yellow and gold, which feels unequivocally LV.
Next to the bar will be a second dining space, serving dinner exclusively to a lucky few. This space will include an elegant Art Deco aesthetic, with blush walls and gold accents. It will include a chef’s table where LUXE Travellers can watch the chef prepare his fare.
The famous LV monograms will be featured in the tableware.
Louis Vuitton Maison Osaka Midosuji will occupy four levels in a new building designed by architect Jun Aoki. The building is set to open on 1 February 2020, while Le Café V will open on 15 February 2020.
